In order to re-register your shares of stock for any of the above reasons including a deceased shareholder, follow the Transfer Instructions using either the original stock certificate or an Assignment of Stock Without Certificate if you cannot locate the original stock certificate and return the appropriated documents to the transfer agent listed on the Investor Relations page.
